And they tend to leave you looking like a refreshed version of yourself. “It can leave the skin looking lifted, plumper, and brighter, though the results may be temporary,” Garshick explains. If you have sensitive skin, proceed with caution, as products used may cause irritation. Look for one geared toward your skin type. Or ask the spa about the products they use and what may be best suited for your skin.
